Snow Rollers

Nature is amazing ~

On the evening of March 31st, 2009, Tim Tevebaugh was driving home from work east of Craigmont in the southern Idaho Panhandle (see map below). Across the rolling hay fields, Tim saw a very usual phenonmena. The snow rollers that he took pictures of are extremely rare because of the unique combination of snow, wind, temperature and moisture needed to create them. They form with light but sticky snow and strong (but not too strong) winds. These snow rollers formed during the day as they weren't present in the morning on Tim's drive to work.

this was on the Spokane, WA national weather service site.

Enough Focus

Many time the sun's rays focused through a magnifying glass will start a nice fire you, when you need it, say in the woods and your matches are wet.

This is not enough to power a house though with solar collection. The same principle is being applied in solar electric generator plants, where 100's of movable dishes tract the suns path, reflecting it back to the collection tower. Here it is used to create heat to power steam generators. This device was made famous by James Bond. Oh course, it's destructive abilities were magnified into imagination for the movie.

Deep impact with Mr Duval, is similar in magnifying technology into imagination, to alter the course of an earth bound asteroid. Space cowboys did the same thing theme. What can we do?
do we need all of this expensive tech?
NDE'ers or people with Near Death Experiences contact Angels or Divine beings and gain comfort, and insight.
Benevolent Outcome practicers ask for and receive Angelic aid in every thing from a parking space at the store, to major life healings, finding the perfect partner and more.

So what could we do move an asteroid or comet from killing earth again like is theorised for ending the age of the Dinosaurs?

Run.... ok but where? to the Angels... ok I believe this would work.

Lets look at another idea. If enough people want to attract the destruction of earth or partial destruction... This train of thought says that we will attract the Presidents, Congress, Asteroids, comets - what ever to answer our predominant prayer or telepathic wishes.

So, there are several groups out there like the Peace Project, and the Transcendental Meditation folks, who are working to build enough Focus to bring these kinds state to man.

The idea is having enough Focused energy, from enough focused people, will create peace. Even physicists show proof of this now. But how many is enough?

In the movies folks are focused on the earth destoying events, through the TV mostly world coverage. But what are they feeling? Peace? no they are feeling aprehension, fear, helplesness.
This is probably what they would feel. But what do we need?

We need focused feelings of Peace. It is said that to create a new car or a lottery win, or...
on needs to have all of the details of 'thing' that is desired - AND the feeling of what is like when one actually 'has' it. So, we need focused folks who feel 'Peace' in order to have peace.

Or to have peaceful happy world - impact from space free - we would need enough peaceful happy people focusing on this to avert the comet. So may be it would be better to hide the knowledge away from the terrifiable masses and have a group of peaceful happy focused few avert the disaster.

So here it is:
Feel nonviolence, and a loving supportive rainbow colored aura emanating from you, daily in mediation, and connecting this happy peacful focus with the planetary grid of 'good vibes'.

this we can do today, and every day towards peace.

New Moon dark skies....

Did you get a look at the eclipse? Not here in Dallas...
The winter skies are covered with dark rain clouds forecasted to drop rain, freezing rain and drizzle.

It feels a little different all around the last couple of days.
Meditation was earlier - I was up at 3:30 am to meditate for a while as sleep left.

new moons usually bring a feeling of quiet in in drawing for me. Today I spent 4 hours with my friend from Denver - Aeron Goldheart. We were making a video interview of the Tesla energy lights at the Synergy medical center in Irving. I got to lay on a massage table and with two of these beautiful lights a male energy one at my head and female one on my feet.

I got a wonderfully deep meditation for only 10 minutes - but wow! such a deep one... in such a short time...

look for the video interview in about week on the www.HolisticRadioShow.com

Balls...

I see that Sparkle heart Pulled his back yesterday- boy don't you hate that?
Well I have recently made a useful discovery for myself:
tennis balls - 2 of them - just lay on them...

put under the painful part of your back - on or near the point of pain for about
90 seconds to 3 or 4 minutes.

lay on them with your legs bent feet on floor, so you can roll your back over the balls a bit with your leg movement; to get them just in the right spot - one ball one each side of the spine.

Tell yourself to 'relax, relax, relax' focus on the area and gently repeat 'relax, relax, relax'
you feel it when it relaxes - I find it very subtle in the release but it does. Then I feel better.

This is meditating or Focusing on the Pain - it is moving into the Pain - most try to move away from the pain - pain killers - why not just eliminate it?

Try it - great meditation when then is stuff to release...

OM, Burrrrrrrrerrrr....

meditate on the cold?
OMG why?
some of you like it that way...
riding up a ski lift freezing your legs off... :-)

my hat if off to you in the NE who were without power for so many days...
it is cold up there!

I drove to work this morning, it was 40 deg. on my Camry dash
and I could put my hands on the steering wheel w/o gloves..

Big deal -right?
When I had to help build a log cabin in the Laurentian woods one winter,
we were swinging axes at 32 degrees with our shirts off.
It was a lot warmer 72 deg actually warmer than a few days before at
40 below 0 Fahrenheit; where the manual transmission is locked in place by frozen crankcase oil...
(I ran back inside the kitchen...mumbling about the Yogis who live in the Himalayas with only underwear on in the winter... hot tea was good - going to town, had to wait)

But it was 80 deg the day before; living Santa Fe where 75 is hot summer day... I hated driving to Dallas...
but we get used to 90's even 100's
& I tell you when the steering wheel is first 40 deg
I need gloves...

So it was interesting to note that I didn't today...

There was a navy seal trainer on a TV show sitting in an ice water tank.
OOPPSS, back up - first under stop watch, he ran a short obstacle course, and had to fire a pistol at one of 3 targets - 1 of was the 'enemy'. He did great...

then he was sat in a pool of ice water; ice added every 20 minutes or so...
most men would pass out after a short time...
he stayed in there for 60 minutes!

Then scored the same on the obstacle course with in just seconds of his first baseline time trials....

His core body temp never dropped below 95...

Through meditation, and practiced conditioning in Navy Seal training in the cold ocean, he was able to control the automatic muscle shaking that happens to the rest of us to keep us warm...
This is what dolphins can do is to regulate their use of oxygen, and control body temp in vital organs, to dive deeply.

The movie 'Blue' is about deep free divers who can do the same...

Meditation is powerful.
your companion self is awesome...

You have the power !
how will you use it?

you may like to listen the Psychologists interview on tapping your creativity... www.HolisticRadioShow.com

Next time you are cold or your electricity is out - get out of there
get to a warm place now.....

after that ~ if you like ~ and are cold ... relax and imagine your inner heater coming on inside you...

or go train as a Navy Seal.....

Happy New Year...unleash your inner power...

Missed it by that much...

Thanks Maxwell, I did too...

Did you catch a glimps of the moon with Venus last eve?
pretty nice.
But missed it with my camera - it isn't working well - I was out
-I forgot to grab it in my preparations for dinner with friends...
Though it was and is a high priority to get you a pic of it...
I must say I didn't KIV in time...

Timing is everything someone said...I agree
a simple 'I am sorry' spoken in time ~ can keep one from doing time...
and has done just that.

I see that yahoo them selves cheeted on a picture of the moon +Venus too
they used a shot from last months new moon with Venus + jupiter...
I guess they forgot their camera as well.

so like Maxwell Smarts famous line...
in spite of it he gets the girl, along with his Target too...

So in this New Year may you get yours 2 or 200 or
jee maybe 2009

have you listened as yet? '2009 Predictions'

Try this meditate on the losses you have experienced and project them into the future...? What ? Positive thinking - what are you saying?

Is this what the movie Scrooged did? ( and allthe rest like it based on the Christmas Carole)

Yes see the effect of your missing out on saying what you could at the right time...
like the last I love...missed or...
not getting the gift you could have easily...
or said I'm sorry...
or...or...or...

put it out there feel the pain intensely, the more the better...
and you will find your subconscious (so called but not) companion self snapping back just like uncle scrooge...

then you'll have your target set into timely action...

Happy year...

Breathing the Universe...

stand with your legs about shoulder width apart...
or sit with your feet flat in a chair...
hold an imaginary soccer ball in your hands...

as you inhale feel you are breathing in the fresh universe,
maybe at sunrise, sunset or just the freshness of life...
feel this breath entering every cell of your body...
your hands are pulling apart like opening a bellows drawing in air...

Inhale = all cells inhale...

let them keep what they need, send a little along to the main battery of your body...
deep behind your navel and bit lower...

have each cell push out the waste products - back into the universe to be recycled...
as you exhale bring your hands back close together.

so your hands are moving rhythmically with your breathing and all your cells are breathing,
exhaling waste products - recycling...

your hole being begins to move, your spirit along with the body...

do this for 2 or 3 minutes, 5 or 20 enliven... enjoy the movement meditation...

A Winter Cat....

Thank you NASA for this shot of the Cats' Eye Nebula...

Happy Inspiring meditation this first day of Winter...

It is 23 degrees here in North Dallas at the Addison airpot, we have power, heat and dark blue sky is revealing only a few clouds, windy and very cold for us Southerners... This gazing to me seems like a warm woom for higher creation... Everyone brings to meditaion their own path, what do you see , feel, hear, know? as you gently gaze into this nebula... a good desciption.

how could one begin to describe this? this is real ~exissting for hundreds of millions of years, (give or take a few :-) )

I can hear the primodial sound.... AAAUUUUUMMMMMM OM...

(you like my talk on chanting)

The Point....

The Center...

Focal point...

Somethings in nature just easily draw our attention, our focus...

Great! lets use them for increasing our focus...

deepening our meditations...

Over that last several days we've had the biggest, largest moon of the year...

Did you see it? Hold in your gaze? Move it into your heart?

Did you draw it? Photograph it? Color it? Paint it?

just stand there and drop your jaw?

Or did you just watch TV?

Choice is always yours...

For those that TV wasn't an option until the moon was taken in, played with...

I would like to offer some of the most spectacular natural focusing pictures I have seen.

None before - unless they could travel in space, have seen these views of the universe, as they were collected over that about the last 10- 15 years by NASA and Hubble telescope.

A yantra is a human drawn design to meditate on to focus the mind more easily.

The Tibetans monks use colored sand to create master pieces of this kind of art.

For them the meditation is in its physical creation:

~Collecting the proper sand, texture and all...

~the careful making of the sand in all of it's colors.

~planning or mapping what the sand painting will look like...

~the placing the sand in correct areas

~and then upon completion ~ it's destruction...

some yantras are woven into beautiful tapestries...

some of these are called Tankas...

Some are painted...

We will explore the natural ones ....

for today ~ Sunday

Find some beautiful natural object - maybe a flower...
and gently gaze on this flower, permitting the mind to think anything it likes about the flower...
the fragrance, texture, shape, feel, leaning, applications, color(s) gently bring the mind

back to the focal point

the the flower...

See the Point?

Over the top...

Fill a 6 ounce glass to the brim with water.
Carrying it your hand, walk a 100 yards with out spilling a drop.

This is focus.

This is a skill.

This exercise will help to quiet the Monkey mind and show how much a Monkey it is...

Try this early in the morning on Sunday when no one else is around on a foot ball field.
Then when you think you have mastered it:
Try it during the week morning when others are around running the track, power walking etc., etc., etc....(Yule Brenner, "King & I" respected ;-) )

Then try it when the high school foot ball team and band are practicing... well I guess you'd better do it then on the sidelines...

If you get really good at it, trying riding a bike - pick a safe area, or better, walk down the midway of a County or State fair, or through a flea market... you get the idea...

Build your focus ability; this is a trainable skill, like riding a bike, flying a plane or glider.
Focus is your laser to success. Ever focused the sun's rays through a magnifying glass and started a piece of paper a flame? Warmth vs power...

In New Mexico - I think is the location- is a massive solar collector -Ah yes, see one of the James bond Movies with this too, a tower on which is focused the sun from many reflective dishes, which is used to create electricity. These dishes track the sun all day - computer controlled to keep focus on two things at the same time - the tower and the dish.

Try this water-in-glass exercise with it filled over the top:
have you heard of a meniscus? It is caused by the surface tension of water.
Cooks know that the bottom of the meniscus needs to be at the 1/2 cup mark if that is the correct measurement of the fluid to be added in the recipe.

Surface tension is a property of water that a surfactant or a "soap" is added to break this tension so that your laundry for example will be cleaned better. It is actually the water that does the cleaning - not the soap...

Keep the tension here, over fill the glass, so the water is actually over the top, and still stays in the glass... just a little over.

Now try these exercises - let me know how it goes for you...
Your focus at work and play will become 'Over the top'

Cheery Day..
